It seems however there is still a lot of room for improvement with cycling conditions before, and if the mayor's marketing may have shifted gears, nothing seems alas to have changed in Soho during the past year...

Parking conditions are so poor that even on bike racks, your bike is at risk: 
Check the back wheel of the red bike on the picture (it's mine), which got hit by a car while parked.
